The phase "support zero to many" when describing the cardinality in the model for each of the extensions described in the table, means that zero, one, or multiple instances of that specific extension are allowed by the model to be associated with a single instance of the resource it is used by.

      For the FHIR column:

The phrase "For the instance (only one at a time/in the moment), there can be multiple over time" for Gender Identity and Pronouns when discussing FHIR will be changed to:

With this cardinality the expectation is there will be a single instance of the extension, but there could be multiple instances of the extension for a single resource if that resource is representing information that has occurred over time and there is a need to capture different values.

But for the SPCU extension we will improve the text in the specific cell as follows.

With this cardinality the expectation is there will be a single instance of the extension, but there can be multiple instances of the extension for a single resource type (IE, multiple orders of the same resource type representing different tests that have different SPCU needs).

    Description

This statement appears multiple times. Clarify what it means. Is instance referring to a resource instance or an instance of a gender identity assertion, or…?

      Existing Wording:

For the instance (only one at a time/in the moment), there can be multiple over time
