For the FHIR column: The phrase "For the instance (only one at a time/in the moment), there can be multiple over time" for Gender Identity and Pronouns when discussing FHIR will be changed to: With this cardinality the expectation is there will be a single instance of the extension, but there could be multiple instances of the extension for a single resource if that resource is representing information that has occurred over time and there is a need to capture different values.  But for the SPCU extension we will improve the text in the specific cell as follows. With this cardinality the expectation is there will be a single instance of the extension, but there can be multiple instances of the extension for a single resource type (IE, multiple orders of the same resource type representing different tests that have different SPCU needs).
