      Change current wording in first paragraph in section 4 from:
      The Gender Harmony project considered alignment with an observation-based model template/profile (which has been implemented in the Gravity project work, and could be considered an alternative,) but the GHP has chosen to model more “close to user.” Balloters should comment on this approach, drawing any comparisons to the Gravity approach in particular, against this implementation guide.

      Based upon input from the community, the Gender Harmony project has defined (and prefers) implementing a model using extensions so that the added information is “close to user,” but it is clear that as an alternative users may choose to implement the information as observations in a manner similar to that found in the Gravity Project, for example Observation Recorded Sex Gender.
