Name to Use table - first row, "support recording a Name to Use" - lists only Patient.name, but the associate with person row lists 4 resources Patient, Person, RelatedPerson, Practioner and not the specific element name.

Its not clear that the spec is suggesting Name to Use should be exchanged for RelatedPerson, Person and Practitioner along with Patient. The first row is a generic entry for "support recording a Name to Use" and not specific to patient, but the values are specific to patient.

      The message isn't clear.

      Suggest naming the element humanName.
