We agree that the BRCA2 example in the text is not optimal. After discussion we decided that any BRCA2 example is probably not the best way of illustrating SPCU since being BRCA2 positive is an autosomal dominant trait and not a "female-typical" characteristic. We will replace the BRCA2 example with a transgender patient example that more clearly illustrates the need for, and use of, SPCU, specifically: A female to male transgender patient early in transition undergoing imaging wherein the device requires selection of either M or F to complete the set up would benefit from an imaging context-specific SPCU noting the patient needs to have the setup for “Female-typical”
