With the fluidity of SFCU within the context of the examples how are organizations determining and reporting within QI, QA, INS, Dashboards, etc.  and which to use for the service provided. When considering the patients payor and what is reported to the insurance company, there is the possibility of claim denial. Certain ICD-10 codes are considered within the guidelines to be exclusive to either female or male would this increase burden for the patient as well as the facility having to fix claims.
