I request the "etc." after "...medication security and access protocols" be removed, and the language of this paragraph be reviewed to ensure it is accurately stating what is out of scope of this guidance document. Potential new language: "This document only addresses pharmacy practice issues related to creating a consultation note for an individual patient to communicate with other members of the care team. Other aspects of pharmacy practice, such as medication dispensing and storage, are out of scope."
