In the original mappings, we only supported Organization for the Requester. We have since expanded the guide to support Practitioner as well. PractitionerRole and its referenced Practitioner are used for the X12 fields.

The mappings do need to be updated but that task is with X12.

At X12 278, 2010B NM101 mentioned that Requester name can support only Organization, but not practitioner.
But at FHIR spec, Claim.provider can support PAS Requestor Organization | PAS PractitionerRole.
So there is a discrepancy on 2010B NM101 vs Claim.provider.

As per X12, if practitioner needs to be provided how to map the same ?
