For Discharge Disposition status, US Core and C-CDA both use NUBC codes as value sets whose Logical Definition (CLD) Include all codes defined in https://www.nubc.org/CodeSystem/PatDischargeStatus.
However, US Core has its own set and C-CDA has its own set with different OIDs.

THO to create this value set prior to the January 2025 ballots which both US Core and C-CDA can point to. If that is not created, C-CDA will just use the FHIR Value Set.
In either case, the original OID of "2.16.840.1.113883.3.88.12.80.33" (used in CDA since about 2009) should be added to the value set, either in THO, or as an additional identifier in the FHIR US Core Value Set.
