In order to publish PDex STU2.0 Extensions, Value Sets and Code Systems used by the, then un-published, FAST NDH IG were needed to enable compatibility with the National Directory. With NDH 1.10-ballot now published, the duplicated Extensions, Value Sets and Code Systems have been removed and the source publishing FHIR Shorthand files now directly reference the NDH elements that are required for  MtlsOrganization, MtlsEndpoint and MtlsBundle.
