      Include the following text for the IDI-Patient profiles:

      "The goal of this profile is to describe a data-minimized version of Patient used to convey information about the patient for Identity Matching utilizing the $match operation, and prescribe a minimum set of data elements, when consistent with identity verification performed at IAL1.X or greater, which meet a combined ‘weighted level’ of at least 9."

      the current descriptions of the existing profiles and examples do not provide information on what IAL level they are supposed to represent, as well as the transaction type (B2B, B2C) We would like to include additional text in the descriptions to provide this information.
