Description

The FHIR R4 http://hl7.org/fhir/ValueSet/formatcodes is in error which is has been corrected in the FHIR R5.

Update to use the HL7 ValueSet of Format Codes for use with Document Sharing that is used in R5. This value set contains all the codes listed in the FHIR R4 Format codes value set with the correct code systems.
