The following issue was discovered during last September Connectathon :

When exchanging data with DTR the DTR completes the questionnaire and updates the Task to "completed".  However, there was a need for a state between "in progress" and "completed"  for CDEX - DTR because the task is not complete until it is submitted to the Payer.

Proposal to add MustSupport 0..1 Task.businessStatus to CDes Task profiles to allow for additional states between in progress and completed like "not ready to submit" and "ready to submit" and update the guidance for Questionnaire to instruct DTR to update the Task.businessStatus (instead of Status to "completed") to trigger the Provider to submit and subsequently update the Task as completed.  The provider can use for other intermediate statuses as well.
