Current drafted use case descriptions already address this topic. We will want to update the second example in the Patient-Directed B2C to state:

"TEFCA Individual Access via federated identity with UDAP Tiered OAuth, as outlined in the TEFCA FHIR Roadmap 2.0, though TEFCA specifications do not layer on guidance beyond established Patient Access workflows."
