Reasoning – In an Imaging Diagnostic Report, often there is comparison to priors, this needs to be referenced through imaging study as it may be the images only that were looked at and not the report, also patient and family member history are used to qualify impressions and recommendations. The patient’s allergies and/or implant may need to be referenced as to why specific approaches are used or recommendations made.
