Requirements	Need to have specific recommendations section to ensure these are actionable requests where appropriate follow up is conducted.
Comments	This will allow for recommendations to use CDS hooks. For example in radiology a radiologists may recommend a repeat CT in 6-12 months with low dose protocol, alternatively consider referral to pulmonary nodule clinic for further evaluation and/or biospy.
