    Description

With the addition of the GFE Collection Bundle being the bundle submitted via the gfe-submit operation (https://jira.hl7.org/browse/FHIR-44951), it is no longer needed for the claim resources to identify the submitter. In the older GFE bundle, all provider resources were at the entry level of the bundle, and therefore the submitter needed to be identified. With the GFE Collection Bundle, the only provider at the top bundle level is the submitter.

      Remove

      • GFE Submitter extension
      • The extension from the profile davinci-pct-gfe-institutional and davinci-pct-gfe-professional
      • The invariant in GFE Bundle requiring that all GFE Submitters be the same across Claim resources (pct-gfe-collection-bundle-1)
      • the extension from all instances
      • Remove the Validation error example showing error requiring gfeSubmitter
