We will update BodyStructure.includedStructure.landmarkOrientation definition to read: "Body location in relation to a specific body landmark (e.g., a body structure such a navel, scar, or implanted device)"

Also, we will expand BodyStructure/skin-patch example to include a landmark (e.g., 2 cm distal from heart tattoo).

According to Zulip thread https://chat.fhir.org/#narrow/stream/179256-Orders-and-Observation-WG/topic/Usage.20of.20bodyLandmarkOrientation.20in.20BodyStructure/near/420733058 bodyLandmarkOrientation can be also used for referring /describing artificial artifacts in the body such as tubes, prothesis, catheters, etc. Hence, the description of the field shall also mention this.

Additionally, it would be good to have an example covering this use case
