The example value set for CarePlan.activity.performedActivity is some SNOMED findings descending from Healthcare knowledge finding.

Many of these are in the form Deficient knowledge of <<something>>. I know it's just an example, but it's not a helpful example... there's no (obvious) way those SNOMED concepts would be used to code the result of a care plan activity.

Further, this example value set provides an exceptionally limited view at all of the scope of the element within the resource. Many of the rest of the concepts in the value set could be valid if the care plan activity was to provide education on a topic, but the example would be more illustrative if a few more SNOMED subtrees were included to point implementers in some other directions that the CarePlan is intended to go.
