      We don't believe that Reference(Request) is appropriate.  There are very few situations where ALL of the Request resources would be an appropriate target.  In most cases, you'll want to enumerate the ones that are appropriate and even if you do want all of the current ones, you might not want all future ones.

      We will ensure that the mapping logic doesn't yell at you inappropriately when you enumerate your resources.

      Build should either allow Reference(Request) in a resource definition or else recognize which referenced resources are equivalent to Request
