Updates to the IG-publisher leads to new QA Warnings and Error in the CapabilityStatement's Additional USCDI Requirement References tables. These table US  use canonical reference which are not version specific which are generating new IG-publisher QA warnings.  In addition to updating the canonical references to relative references.  I propose:

Combine the tables of Must Support references andAdditional USCDI references:

1. 1. Update the Header to "Summary of Must Support and Additional USCDI References
   2. Update the legend to clarify that the references are Must Support references and Additional USCDI references
   3. Label the Additional USCDI target references as "(ADDITIONAL USCDI)'
