      We create one example with a Patient using three hl7_identifiers used in Patient.identifier. This will include .system = identity-hl7-identifier, .value = [hl7_identifier GUID], and .assigner = the assigning authority.

      We will also create an example of this using an authorized representative as well, using one hl7_identifier.
