In Switzerland, we are currently working on an exchange format that is derived from CH core profiles and ensures IPS conformity via the imposeProfile extension. In Switzerland, we allow both UCUM and SCT (https://build.fhir.org/ig/hl7ch/ch-epr-term/ValueSet-UnitCode.html) as unit codes. This is also to avoid the human-readable annotations {} in UCUM.
With SCT, however, we are in conflict with IPS. Is it possible to relax the restriction in IPS to UCUM and also allow SCT?
