Description
On the 2024-02-15 Structured Docs call, we agreed in CDA-21060 to add a new concept to the Sex value set (as used by the Sex Extension) to capture the concept of a person's sex (for example, on a legal document) being something like "X" or "nonbinary."
We also decided that it might even be worth changing the binding on the value set from "required" to "extensible;" this ticket exists to track that follow-up discussion.
