Change Immunization.location short name to "The service delivery location"

      The short display, "Where immunization occurred", can be misinterpreted by non-technical and naive readers as the anatomical location.  See the related tracker FHIR-44321 for an example of this.

      Proposal

       Change the short display to "The service delivery location".
