Organizational Identity is seen as an important requirement to include in the next version of the IG for proliferated query workflows through a QHIN or HIE to determine the source of a query request/response. It had been determined that including the Organization name and OID is sufficient to make this determination. We need to determine where and when this information is included in the transaction, whether during authentication or the $match request.
