The current CQL specification mainly contains QDM examples. Given that examples are not a normative part of HL7 specifications, I suggest to add a FHIR based example to each QDM example currently present in the specification (even if that specification is Normative).

This for the ease of learning of CQL for implementers with a FHIR background who have zero knowledge of QDM/QRDA (and who are unlikely to wish to gain knowledge about these older standards).
