We should create a Conformance tab to inform the reader of the IG how to be considered "in conformance" of this IG. This will help implementers determine the specific technical requirements that they should focus on including in their work. We should also compartment the requirements based on the use case of the implementer (B2B, B2C, IdP, etc.).
