With the strong consideration of including guidance on verified attributes, we should create Profiles and Examples around how an implementer should support verified attributes in FHIR. The proposed Artifacts to include are:

Verified Attributes - Patient Profile - Include ID Tags that will be used by an implementer to determine the verification status in a parallel Provenance resource and reference the ID tags using targetElement Extensions.

Verified Attribute - Patient Example - An example of a Patient resource that conforms to the profile above

Verified Attribute - Provenance Example - An example of the formatting of a Provenance resource
