Units for Gestational Age will be constrained to Days or Weeks.

Narrative will describe use of days to support the scenario described.
Reporting to NCHS will translate days to week using floor(<value>/7).

      An example will be added.

    Description

Please add example for Gestational Age where fetus is in between weeks.
In the NICU each day closer to the next week is very meaningful.
Please describe how this would be modeled and create an example.

For example: 26 weeks and 3 days.

In CDA in the Neonatal Care Report we had to represent Gestational age in days since the data types could not handle weeks and days combo.

      Is FHIR better at this?

If this is possible, or an explanation of how one would represent partial weeks knowing the denimarot is 7 days, it would make this profile more usaable
