      The four reportable values are:
        - Cephalic (normal)
        - Breech (one abnormal)
        - Other.   --> now mapped to NullFlavor OTH
        - Unknown --> now mapped to NullFlavor UNK

The associated concept map only maps these four reportable values.
The associated profile now supports a preferred binding to these four codes, and a max binding to these codes plus the intensional set of all abnormal presentations.

    Description

I suggest exapnding this value set to be intensional and defining it as self and children of 15028002 | Abnormal fetal presentation (finding) | (or just children of)

Though this value set may be broader than desired by the report receiver (though as a NICU nurse - not sure why they wouldnt want the far more problematic abnormal presentations than vertex and breech!!), you could do a min /max binding or comment in the profile text that XX program only recognizes the 4 codes form the current set.

This would make the profile re-usable for other maternal-fetal use cases
