      The Screening and Assessments Section provides the ability to represent the level of community survey data collected.  The US Core's simple observation  (aka "clinical assessment" ) is the base Observation from which other US Realm Disability Observations are based and is not limited to but encompasses the ECR boolean-based questions.

      This issue can be revisited if the final publication of USCDI version 5 Disability Status definition is modified from the USCDI 4 definition.
