    Description

For some reason, "composite" is not showing in places where the MeasureScoring value set is specified in a binding https://terminology.hl7.org/5.4.0/ValueSet-measure-scoring.html

Allowing Measure.group to use composite scoring adds complexity. Create another value set which excludes "composite" scoring and use it in binding for https://hl7.org/fhir/us/cqfmeasures/2024Jan/StructureDefinition-cqfm-scoring.html

Remove https://hl7.org/fhir/us/cqfmeasures/2024Jan/StructureDefinition-cqfm-compositeScoring.html since Measure.group would not allow composite scoring.

Revise https://hl7.org/fhir/us/cqfmeasures/2024Jan/StructureDefinition-composite-measure-cqfm.html to remove items used to support Measure.group with composite scoring. Measure.scoring should be fixed using "composite" code. Measure.compositeScoring should be mandatory (1..1) for this profile.
