Description
1) The sentence in the paragraph above Figure 3, "In these cases, additional profiles are defined within the changes DEQM, or by stakeholders such as measure developers or implementers.", doesn't make sense and need revisions
2) Figure 3, seems to suggest that HEDIS IG is derived from QI Core, is this the case?
3) Figure 3 has "DEQM/HEDIS/etc" in the same box that has arrow points to QI Core, and the language below Figure 3 says "4. Promote data-related profiles. When it becomes necessary to define a data-related profile at the measurement-specific level (in DEQM or HEDIS for example), steps should be taken to promote that profile to the broadest consensus group possible." Mixing DEQM and HEDIS here is bit confusing. I understand that HEDIS is mentioned simply as an example, but it is not clear that whether HEDIS measures specified using HEDIS IG will be using DEQM for reporting, and how to resolve issues if HEDIS has it's own measure specific level profiles because DEQM uses QI Core.
