Description

The jurisdiction element is extensibly bound to the Jurisdictions value set ( https://hl7.org/fhir/R5/valueset-jurisdiction.html ) in R5 which

has draft status;
is experimental; and
is deprecated.

It is recommended that this binding be changed to an alternative value set which is published in one of the following:

the Extensions Pack; or
HL7 Terminology (THO)
