These aren't actually 'Definition' and Event' resources per our meaning. However, we will add language on the Definition page to point out that not all resources that end in 'Definition' are resources that are considered to be 'definition' resources from a workflow perspective. E.g. ActorDefinition, SpecimenDefinition, etc. are defining entities, not activities.
