We recognize that MedicationAdministration has been profiled in many US Realm implementation guides an is considered as a Future Candidate Requirements Under Consideration. However, there have yet to be US regulatory requirements that require its introduction or a consensus from the community to include it.  In addition, any addition of new US Core Profiles can be considered a substantial change and risk the need for re-ballot and delay in publishing. Future versions of US Core may test and add a US Core MedicationAdministration Profile.
