Description
Using CQL, Library-level Identifiers, Conformance Requirement 2.13 (Library-level Identifiers), while it is understood that different programs/projects may use a different styles when writing CQL but also want to conform to the requirements, "Initial Case" is not introduced in the CQL Author or Developer Guides and the CQL Style Guide indicates the use of Title Case for define statements and PascalCase without spaces for functions and camelCase for fluentfunctions. Does this mean for FHIR versions of a measure, in order to conform to this requirement, identifiers should be changed to "initial case"?
