Agreed. Similar to the resolution for this ticket: https://jira.hl7.org/browse/FHIR-43783
We will change the language to refer to the required elements of the narrative representation, and then use the FHIR display as an example.

    Description

Using CQL, Representation in Narrative - consider revising this QDM/CQL example:

"Venous foot pump, device (physical object)" using "Venous foot pump, device (physical object) SNOMED CT Code (442023007)" with

code "Venous foot pump, device (physical object)":  '442023007' from "SNOMEDCT" display Venous foot pump, device (physical object)"

However, the CQL/FHIR human readable/narrative contains a table indicating

      Direct Reference Codes:

      display                                                                code                       system

Venous foot pump, device (physical object)     442023007   http://snomed.info/sct

Regardless, the example should probably align with current CQL/FHIR version declaration/construct.

      Thank you.
