    Description

      Once sufficiently mature, the Software System Type Codes code system should be moved to THO via the UTG process. This should be done before the IG is seeking approved for FMM3 per the TSC approved https://confluence.hl7.org/display/TSMG/Terminology+Expectations+for+IG+Developers .
