US Core does not maintain active mappings to CCDA or HL7 v2. The US Core published mappings are passive mappings inherited from the base specification or between US Core and the Argonaut Data Query IG. There is little value in mapping a single extension value to V2 without maintaining an active and complete mapping between the US Core and HL7 v2m and that activity is currently out of scope.
