Description
Conformance Requirements 2.20 states:
Top level expressions in CQL libraries SHALL return either CQL-defined types that map to FHIR types, or FHIR resources types, optionally with profile designations
Does this allow for Tuples and Lists? It's not clear if those are considered CQL-defined types or not. If "CQL-defined types" is intended to include Tuples and Lists throughout the IG, then clearly specify that somewhere – otherwise clarify in sections like this if Tuples and Lists are included. In this case, Tuples and Lists should be included (IMO).
