    Description

The CQL Capability Statement profile indicates that the supportedCqlVersion extension should go at the root of the CapabilityStatement resource. The provided example, however, puts the supportedCqlVersion extension on the `rest` element.

Putting the extension on the `rest` element, as in the example, allows for different versions to be expressed for server and client. Assuming this flexibility is useful, it likely makes sense to update the profile accordingly.
