    Description

      The description for Denominator Exception under the Table 3.3 states:

      "Denominator Exception : Identify those in the Denominator and NOT in the Denominator Exclusion and NOT in the Numerator Exclusion that meet the Denominator Exception criteria."

      This wording "and NOT in the Numerator Exclusion" could be misleading, as denominator exception does not evaluate against numerator exclusion.
