A couple errors in the Snippet 3-28: Sample Risk Adjustment Variable. They need to be updated to match the source.

1) The code should be risk-adjustment-factor not risk-adjustment-variable. 

2) SupplementalData.identifier should be id not identifier and update the value of id to match the source file
