In "base" US Core Vital sign observation, Please update Observation.code binding from Existing US Core set to the VSAC set: https://vsac.nlm.nih.gov/valueset/2.16.840.1.113883.3.88.12.80.62/expansion.

This value set is the result of "clean-up" and harmonization of the codes used in US Core and C-CDA for Vital Sign Result Type.
