Jurisdictions will soon be required to Link Maternal Death with birth or fetal death records associated with the maternal death. Currently infant deaths much be linked to associated birth record. Add observations to capture these two new fields. Need to easily differentiate between infant death (referenced record is infant's birth), and maternal death (referenced record is child's birth).
