    Description

      In the US Core Scopes table, all the granular scopes have wrong format. The scope should start with  patient/ instead of patient.. For example, for US Core Condition Encounter Diagnosis Profile, the granular scope in the table is

      patient.Condition.rs?category=http://terminology.hl7.org/CodeSystem/condition-category|encounter-diagnosis

      which should be

      patient/Condition.rs?category=http://terminology.hl7.org/CodeSystem/condition-category|encounter-diagnosis
