It is not clear how the data set that should be included in the FHIR Bundle/Composition should be.  While there is clarity on what resources could be included in the Composition, it is not clear what content is actually expected for a particular report.  There is an .id in the create report action, but unclear (even after trying to find it in the MedMorph reference architecture) where that would be.  Suggest to include more guidance and have a specific or improved example to include as well.
