We note that the RESP-NET IG includes substantial content from MedMorph.  Rather than repeating that all, in the process making it harder to understand what the specific knowledge and data content requirements are for RESP-NET that plug into MedMorph, we suggest to remove everything related to MedMorph and replace that with a single paragraph and link, indicating its dependency and need to fully understand that architecture that RESP-NET plugs into.  Where there is a need to describe how it can work without MedMorph, that should then be described and delineated as that would not be clear enough in the current structure.
