This should be a TC but cannot be moved because it is tied to a ballot vote.

Language regarding publication state of R5 has been updated.

    Description

Three are several places where the IG refers to R5 being in the future or that R5 is currently under development.  It seems like we should clean up that text now that R5 is out.

I'm not going to list all the references, but for example:

      https://hl7.org/fhir/uv/subscriptions-backport/2024Jan/#topic-based-subscriptions---fhir-r5-and-later

"However, many of the changes cannot be made to the FHIR specifications until the release of R5. Implementers have expressed concern that the publication and adoption of FHIR R5 are too far in the future."   ("release" probably would just be "adoption" now).

      https://hl7.org/fhir/uv/subscriptions-backport/2024Jan/components.html#subscriptions

"Since the FHIR R5 is currently under development, there are no guarantees these extensions will meet the requirements of this guide."
